Guess who's back....back again....

Ok enough with the Eminem reference. My wife's reading this right now going...huh?

Been a fairly cool week. Nothing too stressful or out of the ordinary. It's been raining ALL week long so that's always fun to deal with when you don't have defrost in your car. But I digress. As most of you who know me know, I'm a huge rollercoaster enthusiast even though my current financial arrangement prevents me from going to all of the parks that I'd like to. Well, I found out yesterday that a developer is purchasing one of the huge hotel piers down on the beach in Galveston, extending it and putting some rides and a rollercoaster on it as a sort of mini-resort...along with renovating the hotel. As it is my only recourse for coasters has been at the local Six Flags who are notorious for not adding anything new to the park. In face we haven't gotten a new ride that didn't come from another park in around ten years now. Any competition, even small....is welcome. Maybe Six Flags will get their you know what's in gear.

Up at work, OWAAG is still in full effect. The girl is completely and totally on my last nerve. She keeps looking at me all funny like she's hungry or something. Makes me uneasy.

As I walk toward the back of the office the paper flow team hits me with a constant flow of what I like to call.....black woman's language....

ooh, girl I saw that movie on TV last night girl...

me too girl...

(shudder)

I need one of those universal translator things from Star Trek. Either that or an English to moron dictionary.
